Who we are

This website is operated by INNOVATIONS AND MORE LTD (company number 11350220), registered in England and Wales. The registered office is 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. OnlinePortfolios.net is the website through which we provide our services. For privacy-related enquiries, contact us using the contact form.

What information we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate this website.

Contact form submissions

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the fields you complete, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred domain name, whether you want to sell products or services, details about you and your project, and any files you attach (such as a CV, photos or a logo). This information is used solely to respond to and handle your enquiry. It is delivered to us by email. A copy of the submitted details may also be recorded in a local submissions log so that we can handle the enquiry. It is not used for marketing purposes.

Website orders and payment

If you order a website package through the Get Started page, we send your name and email address to Stripe so that a payment session can be created. Payment card details are collected by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We do not store card numbers. After payment, we receive confirmation of the order (including your name, email address and the package selected) and we may send you an order confirmation email.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security and operational purposes and are retained according to the hosting provider's standard retention policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser localStorage to remember your preferences (such as cookie consent). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

How we use your information

  • To respond to messages submitted via the contact form
  • To process website package orders and payments
  • To send order-related confirmation emails
  • To remember your cookie consent preference
  • To maintain the security and performance of this website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and a copy may be recorded in a local submissions log. They are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. We do not maintain a customer database. Order and payment information is processed by Stripe. Copies of order confirmation emails are retained as needed to fulfil the order. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard policy, typically no longer than 30–90 days.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, including:

  • The right to access personal data we hold about you

We handle all personal information in good faith and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including UK GDPR, and where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other international privacy frameworks.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 16.

Third-party services

This website does not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or external content delivery networks that would collect personal data about visitors. Email delivery for contact form submissions and order notifications uses our hosting provider's built-in mail function. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the name and email address we send to create a checkout session, and collects payment details on its own checkout page.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including spam protection on our contact form. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
